Step 3

Reservations well in advance is highly recommended. Although we will also do our best to accommodate short notice and walk in reservations in a timely manner, if our schedule permits.

Step 4
Order Certified Marriage Certificate

Once your marriage certificate has been recorded by your Officiant, you can then order your certified marriage certificate through Clark County Recorder’s Office.  Most couples order their certified marriage certificate online when they return home, since the Officiant has 10 days to record your marriage certificate.  Although it is not required to order a certified marriage certificate, it is highly recommended since this will be your proof of marriage.  Here is where the certified marriage certificate can be ordered:

Step 5
Order Apostille (Optional)

If you reside outside the US, and your country requires an apostille, then an apostille can be ordered from the Secretary of State’s Office in Carson City.  Please keep in mind, you will need to order your certified marriage certificate from the Recorder’s Office first.  So please allow ample time for this process since there will be a little back and forth shipping between you and the different office.  Here is a link to the Secretary of State’s Office, where the apostille can be ordered:
