Order Certified Marriage Certificate
Since the officiant has 10 days to record your marriage certificate with the Clark County Recorder’s Office, most couples order their certified marriage certificate online when they return home. It’s not required to order a certified marriage certificate, but highly recommended since this will be your proof of marriage. Here’s where the certified marriage certificate can be ordered:
If your country requires an apostille
Order Apostille
If your country also requires an apostille, then you can order the apostille once you have the certified marriage certificate from the Clark County Recorder’s Office. Please allow ample time for this process since there will be a little back and forth with paperwork between you and the different offices. The apostille can be ordered through the Secretary of State’s Office.
